Student OS stores your account details, semester setup, uploaded syllabi (PDF files and extracted text), and the assignments you confirm so we can rank your priorities.

We use your syllabus content only to extract graded deadlines and keep your priority list accurate. Uploaded PDFs live in private storage tied to your account. We do not sell your data. Beta access is invite-only.

When AI syllabus parsing is turned on for a beta session, syllabus text may be sent to Anthropic (Claude) solely to extract assignments and dates. You will be told before that path is enabled for your account.

You can ask us to delete your beta account and associated syllabi by emailing the Student OS team. Session cookies keep you signed in; we do not use advertising trackers.
